Job summary

Favor Delivery in Austin is seeking a Community Growth Specialist to drive brand awareness and growth through local partnerships and events. You will engage with potential customers, educate them on Favor's on‑demand delivery services, and represent the brand at community touchpoints.

You will partner with Sales & Marketing to execute localized strategies, meet quotas, and turn event attendees into first‑time users while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend support for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable training, certification and/or work experience.
• 1–3 years in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
• Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends for events.
• Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly goals for partnerships, activations, and promo code redemptions.
• Execute community marketing activations, events, and campaigns with local institutions.
• Design and run programs that turn event attendees into first-time Favor users.
• Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with weekend support for events.
• Act as the enthusiastic face of the brand and explain Favor's value to potential customers.
• Distribute marketing collateral and promo codes to drive app downloads and orders.
• Research local festivals and high‑foot‑traffic areas for growth opportunities.
• Manage event logistics, setup, breakdown, and inventory of materials.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to capture social content and feedback.
