Comfort Keepers Oviedo, FL is seeking a Community Relations/Growth Specialist to lead local outreach, build partnerships, and guide families toward care solutions. You will be the face of Comfort Keepers in the community, representing our services at events and building lasting referral relationships across Oviedo and the greater Orlando area.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in business development or healthcare outreach, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving seniors’ lives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Admin or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, sales, or community outreach in healthcare/home-care preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; thrives on meeting new people.
• Self-starter who can plan strategies and execute details.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license (local travel).

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships, partnerships and outreach across the community.
• Represent Comfort Keepers at events, health fairs, and senior centers across territories.
• Develop and deliver CE presentations and educational events for healthcare professionals.
• Follow a structured outreach plan: 35–55 face-to-face visits per week with referral audiences.
• Provide compassionate consultative visits to prospective clients and families.
• Track activity and follow-ups in the CRM; report trends and insights.
• Collaborate with marketing to create collateral and marketing materials.
• Hit monthly referral, revenue and growth targets with creativity.
