Job summary

Herself Health is seeking a proactive Community Sales Coordinator to grow our patient base across Minneapolis/St. Paul. You will build awareness in the community, forge strategic partnerships, host events, and run clinic-specific outreach campaigns.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple events and metrics. This on-site role requires occasional evenings and weekends and travel within the MSP market.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in sales, business development or customer service facing roles.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable with public speaking and engaging diverse audiences.
• Proven attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality event execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for events.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform.

Responsibilities

• Developing and nurturing relationships with insurance sales agents to ensure engagement
• Plans and coordinates events for community outreach (senior centers, marketing sites, churches, etc.)
• Leading clinic-specific targeted outreach campaigns
• Maintains up to date weekly production and achieve production goals
• Maintains up to date weekly calendar of events
• Tracking/reporting outreach activity, referrals and patient conversion metrics
• Promoting the medical groups value proposition at open houses, health talks, seminars
• Upholds a strong field presence and builds relationships within the healthcare industry
• Developing and enhancing business to business partnerships
