Inco Network is hiring a Community / Growth Lead to grow our existing global community of web3 developers, builders, and creators. This is more than just managing a Discord server. Deeply crypto-native, you understand the importance of privacy and confidentiality in Web3 and can translate complex concepts into accessible terms. We’re looking for someone who can growth hack, build culture, spark engagement, and create lasting bonds among our community members. If you understand the power of culture in scaling communities and have a deep understanding of web3 ethos, this role is for you.

What is Inco?

Inco is a community-driven ecosystem focused on Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE). We’re enabling developers and builders to explore privacy-preserving technologies and unlock the next frontier of web3 applications.

About the Role:

We’re looking for someone who can:

1. Supercharge the growth of the Inco community
2. Create a unique culture that makes Inco a home for builders
3. Host events, both online and offline, that foster meaningful connections
4. Develop community rituals, narratives, and artifacts
5. Onboard new members into our ecosystem seamlessly
6. Keep the community engaged with relevant conversations and initiatives

This isn’t a typical moderation role — you’re building a tribe. You’ll work closely with our core team to bring fresh ideas, partnerships, and activations that make Inco a place people want to belong to.

Responsibilities

Culture Creation:

1. Define and evolve Inco’s unique cultural identity.
2. Create rituals, memes, narratives, and symbols that unite the community.
3. Build strong emotional bonds between members.

Community Growth:

1. Scale our Discord and social channels while maintaining high engagement.
2. Identify, onboard, and empower local community leaders in key cities (mixers, meetups, etc.).
3. Launch and manage ambassador programs that promote Inco’s vision globally.

Community Engagement:

1. Host events like AMAs, workshops, hackathons, and mixers.
2. Foster meaningful conversations and debates around FHE and privacy tech.
3. Develop engaging content to keep the community excited and informed.

Partnerships:

1. Build relationships with projects, DAOs, and influencers in web3.
2. Identify potential collaborations that can bring more value to Inco members.

3. You get the difference between shillers and builders.
4. You have a pulse on the web3 space and are aware of new trends & narratives.

1. You know how to scale a community without losing its soul.
2. You’re comfortable experimenting with new engagement strategies.
3. You have a track record of growing communities in web3.

Creative Culture Builder

1. You can craft rituals, stories, and artifacts that create strong bonds.
2. You understand human psychology and how trust is built online.
3. You know how to turn casual members into loyal contributors.

Communication Skills

1. You’re a great storyteller who can inspire people to rally around a vision.
2. You can communicate complex ideas in simple, relatable language.
3. You’re comfortable being the face and voice of Inco in public spaces, and host AMAs.

Requirements

1. 2-3+ years of experience as a Community Manager, Community Lead, or similar role in web3.
2. Crypto native and strong understanding of blockchain, privacy protocols, and evolving industry narratives.
3. Proven ability to grow a community from zero to scale.
4. Strong knowledge of web3 trends, memes, and tools.
5. Experience organizing online events and IRL meetups.
6. Familiarity with Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, and other web3-native platforms.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with developer communities
2. Background in event planning or content creation
3. Interest in privacy-preserving technologies
4. ️Ability to bring pirate energy — bold, unconventional ideas that break the norm.
