Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the property grounds and support a vibrant, engaged community in St. Louis, MO. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, on-site. The role focuses on fostering resident relations, retention, and a positive living environment.

You will collaborate with property teams, organize events, and communicate effectively to enhance overall resident experiences. Health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, PTO, and holidays are offered.
