Job summary

Monte Christo Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Reno to preserve the park’s aesthetics and safety. You will perform general property maintenance, repair common areas, operate riding mowers and tools, and follow safety guidelines to protect residents and property.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property maintenance and repairs on landscape, meters, signs, and park structures.
• Repair and maintain streets, parking lots, and common areas.
• Operate riding mowers and power equipment safely.
• Read meters to collect utility usage information with Community Leader.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and moving furniture as needed.
