Job summary

Dominium is seeking a Groundskeeper for Groves of Lawrenceville, a 322-unit apartment community in Lawrenceville, GA. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the property, including daily exterior maintenance, trash removal, landscaping tasks, and snow/ice removal per policy.

Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, managing work orders via a digital device, reporting hazards, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English orally and understand written and oral instructions.
• Ability to apply common sense to carry out written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and exterior maintenance: remove trash daily, clean around dumpsters, rake/mulch/weed around trees and landscaped areas, perform snow/ice removal per policy.
• Common area and facility cleaning: empty trash, clean fixtures, carpets, and laundry rooms, replenish supplies.
• Use a digital device to review, update, and manage work orders; complete monthly inspections and document tasks digitally.
• Safety and compliance: maintain a safe work environment, report hazards, and adhere to Fair Housing laws.
• Professional standards: maintain attendance, interaction with residents and vendors, and present a professional appearance.
• Assist staff with other tasks as needed by supervisor.
