Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related groundskeeping/maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Completion of in-house training within the first 90 days of employment.
• Demonstrates alignment with company values and a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous service to residents.
• Walk the property daily, pick up debris, operate the compactor, and empty common area trash cans.
• Keep curbs and speed breakers painted and in good repair.
• Maintain and clean the pool and pool area.
• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned by the service manager.
