The University of Chicago’s Department of Surgery, Section of Minimally Invasive and General Surgery, invites applications for full-time Clinical Associates to practice in a community general surgical setting across Ingalls Memorial Hospital and offsite locations.

Appointees will provide inpatient and outpatient general surgery care with no teaching requirement, with compensation based on qualifications and benefits eligibility.

Competenze

• Medical doctorate or equivalent required.
• Medical licensure in Illinois required.
• Board certification or eligibility in General Surgery required.

Mansioni

• Shared weekday and weekend call coverage.
• Participation in group coverage arrangements and practice workflows.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient general surgical care, including elective and emergency cases.
• Collaborate with hospital staff and other clinical services to provide timely, coordinated care.
