Job summary

TRG Management in Miami, FL is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to support residents, coordinate services with local providers, and help strengthen the community. You will develop and implement supportive service programs, identify residents who would benefit, coordinate delivery of services, maintain service information, and assist in crisis intervention and case management.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, families, elderly, or persons with disabilities is essential.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in diverse, nontraditional settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supportive service programming with residents, management, and local providers.
• Identify individuals who would benefit from services and recruit volunteers.
• Act as liaison to local human service providers and represent TRG Management on task forces.
• Coordinate the delivery of services with local providers.
• Maintain information on services to residents.
• Provide crisis intervention and case management as needed.
• Support resident efforts in community building.
• Identify funding for new and expanded programs.
• Assist other departments with resident services goals.
• Attend required meetings and participate in special projects.
