Job summary

Phoenix is seeking an AbilityOne Recruiter/Case Manager to align talent with mission critical roles.

You will work in a full-time, 40-hour week schedule, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, in Huntsville, AL, applying nonprofit focus and case-management principles to build a robust candidate pool and support services operations.

Key duties include screening applicants, coordinating onboarding, hosting job fairs, and maintaining confidentiality across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent education/experience.
• Experience in customer-service-related fields and nonprofit settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic case management principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Match qualified candidates with job openings and build candidate pools.
• Represent Phoenix in recruitment within the community and with HR.
• Assist with onboarding documents and participate in job fairs.
• Screen applicants and implement recruiting strategies.
