Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community.
• Coach and promote staff from Leasing Consultant to Assistant Manager after coaching.
• Review leasing reports to ensure conversion of prospects to residents.
• De-escalate issues with residents to maintain high satisfaction.
• Coordinate with maintenance to prioritize repairs and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with marketing on community initiatives and social media outreach.
