Grady Health System in Atlanta is seeking a Primary Care Physician for the Flat Shoals Outpatient Center in Decatur. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care to a diverse community and collaborate with an on-site Medical Director to ensure safe, timely care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required; board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
• Unrestricted Georgia medical license required.
• Completion of an accredited Primary Care residency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in primary care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care.
• Collaborate with on-site Medical Director and care teams.
• Serve diverse patient population in the Atlanta area.

Education

Doctorate of Medicine (MD or DO)

Completion of an accredited Primary Care residency program

Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Georgia

Board Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
