Grady Health System seeks a Primary Care Physician to join the Flat Shoals Outpatient Center team in Decatur. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered, team-based care in a collaborative environment that values safety, compassion, and equity.

Reporting to the on-site Medical Director, you will ensure timely, patient-centered care aligned with our mission. The role requires an MD or DO, completion of an accredited primary care residency, and an unrestricted Georgia license.

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred.
• Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Georgia.
