Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach programs by supporting associates and managers in community engagement efforts.
• Represents Walmart to external organizations and champions company programs, events, and sustainability efforts.
• Ensures compliance with policies, analyzes reports, and oversees asset protection, safety, and quality assurance.
• Supervises and develops hourly associates, hires, trains, mentors, and sets clear expectations to achieve business goals.
• Models exceptional customer service and resolves customer needs and issues using the One Best Way approach.
• Assists store management in driving financial performance by reviewing PLs and controlling expenses.
