Responsibilities

• Answer member questions and support goal achievement in healthy living.
• Build genuine relationships and encourage community among members and staff.
• Observe participant capability and adapt approaches to meet diverse needs.
• Celebrate participants' achievements and track attendance records.
• Begin each class with an inspiring thought or message.
• Attend required staff and department meetings and follow YMCA policies.
• Maintain current certifications and stay informed on wellness trends.
• Do not diagnose injuries or provide medical advice; avoid outside product promotions.
