Open Door Community Health Centers in Fortuna, CA, seeks a General Dentist to join our integrated care team. You’ll provide full-scope general dentistry for patients of all ages, delivering preventive, diagnostic, restorative and urgent dental care in a community-centered setting.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• California dental license required
• Current DEA registration
• CPR/BLS certification

Responsibilities

• As a Dentist, you’ll practice at the full scope of general dentistry for all ages and develop long-term patient relationships.
• Provide preventive, diagnostic, restorative and urgent dental care and work with interdisciplinary colleagues to address social and medical factors affecting oral health.
