Job summary
Golden Valley Health Centers seeks a Dentist to join the Merced Dental Clinic, Monday–Friday, 7:45am–4:30pm. You will deliver general dental services, support preventive dentistry, and work under the Dental Director to maintain high-quality patient care ongoing throughout the Central Valley.
The role requires a California dental license, California DEA certificate, and BLS CPR. Competitive salary from $165,000 to $182,000 with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, plus generous benefits and
Qualifications
- Must be able to diagnose and provide treatment to patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Pre-operative and post-operative care of routine patients; manage extractions and related procedures.
- Experience in periodontal care, crowns, dentures, sealants, and root canal basics.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients of all ages, including pediatrics.
- Perform pre- and post-operative care for routine cases and extractions.
- Provide comprehensive restorative and preventive dental treatments as part of a team.
- Manage periodontal care including scaling, root planing, and maintenance.
- Fabricate and adjust dentures and partials as needed.
- Adhere to GVHC rules and policies and participate in special projects.
