Comprehensive Community Health Centers, Inc. seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care in an underserved community clinic in California.

You will perform physical examinations, diagnose illness, manage treatment plans, and collaborate with a medical director to assure quality patient care. Candidates should have a master’s degree in nursing or a DNP, a valid California RN license, and outpatient clinic experience; bilingual Spanish or Armenian is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing or DNP required.
• Must be certified by one of the listed certifying bodies (AANP, ANCC, NCCC, Pediatric Certification Board, Oncology Nurses Certification Corp, AACN, Hospice & Palliative Nurses Board).
• Current valid RN California license.
• Prefer 2 years outpatient clinic nursing experience.
• Spanish or Armenian language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify physical and emotional illnesses through observations and chart analysis.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and Medical Director to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy; comply with rights and standards.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and monitor care effectiveness.
• Develop and implement standardized care protocols with physicians.
