Qualifications

• Must have effective oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills are required for charting and records.
• BLS (CPR/AED) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs restorative, surgical and preventive dental services.
• Follows infection control procedures and reviews patient histories.
• Diagnoses dental disease and develops treatment plans.
• Explains treatment options and secures patient agreement.
• Participates in quality improvement and staff trainings.
• Represents CHAS Health at conferences and meetings.
