• Licensure/Certification: Indiana State Dental license and DEA license. CPR Certified. TB Certified.

• Performs a complete oral examination and assessment of new and existing patients; evaluates the medical and dental history of patients; examines x-rays and reviews records.
• Diagnoses and treats conditions of the mouth and teeth; orders appropriate lab and diagnostic procedures; develops treatment plans; restores teeth and provides preventive care.
• Supervises the clinical performance of dental assistants and hygienists; provides feedback on performance; ensures HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
