Qualifications

• D.D.S. or D.M.D degree from an accredited dental school.
• Indiana State dental license and DEA license; CPR and TB certifications.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a complete oral examination and assessment of patients.
• Diagnoses and treats conditions of mouth and teeth; develops treatment plans.
• Supervises dental assistants and hygienists; ensures continuity of care.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
