Job summary

Brookshire Grocery Company in Tyler, TX seeks a capable store office associate to coordinate money flow and process customer transactions for products and services sold in-store offices. You will assist customers, verify prices, and provide efficient checkout services.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years.
• 21+ to drive for company business per policy.
• AML certification required where applicable.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification required where applicable.
• HIPAA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Process Western Union, money orders, lottery tickets, coin redemptions, refunds, and equipment rental requests.
• Prepare cash/check deposits and maintain store financial records and logs.
• Balance drawers and report discrepancies to management.
• Perform store office tasks and assist cashiers and callers.
• Follow tender policies and understand applicable laws for sales of restricted items.
