Avanath Capital is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee a community in California, ensuring efficient operations, strong resident relations, and financial performance. You will lead staff, coordinate with senior leadership, and drive occupancy while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in the property management industry.
• 2+ years of experience as a community/property manager.
• Ability to diffuse and respond to resident concerns.
• Proven effective and efficient leadership experience.
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior executives.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Professional presentation and appearance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage resident relations and ensure a positive resident lifecycle from move-in to move-out.
• Produce and analyze monthly financials and reports; manage budgets and rent rolls.
• Coordinate on-site operations including vendor relationships and capital projects.
• Drive occupancy and financial growth through marketing, leasing, and revenue initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and all governing regulations.
