Job summary

Touro Property Management LLC is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations at one of our residential communities in Irving, TX. You will drive leasing, resident relations, team development, and property performance with a proactive, customer‑service oriented approach.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in property management, proficiency in PM software and Microsoft Office, strong budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years property management experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate onsite staff to perform at their best.
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive environment for residents and handle communications.
• Manage budgets, rent collection, financial reporting, and expenses.
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing and coordinate vendor relationships.
• Implement marketing strategies and community events to attract residents.
