Qualifications

• Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to Studio Leads for team cohesion.
• Perform studio lead duties: manage sales, answer calls, and emails.
• Facilitate new client processes and integrate them into the community.
• Collaborate with GM on brand awareness and marketing initiatives.
• Review Net Promoter Scores and act on feedback.
