North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT is seeking an Event & Sponsorship Coordinator to lead planning and execution of internal and community events, sponsorships, educational opportunities, and philanthropic giving. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and relationship-focused, able to bring people together around the North 40 lifestyle.

This full-time, on-site role may require occasional weekends, holidays, travel, and flexible scheduling to support events and business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, event planning, sponsorships, or related field preferred.
• Ability to plan and execute events from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with teams, vendors, and partners.
• Coordinate event logistics including venues, budgets, communications, and day-of execution.
• Identify sponsorship opportunities aligned with company goals and community needs.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Creative thinker with focus on engaging experiences.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work extended hours for events.
