CCMC in Peoria, AZ, is seeking a full-time Community Events Coordinator to plan and run activities that engage residents and strengthen neighborhoods. You will collaborate with the Lifestyle Director to schedule and coordinate a wide range of programs, ensuring events run smoothly, including evenings and weekends.

The role requires professional communication, strong multitasking, and relationship-building with residents, volunteers, vendors, and boards. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in event planning or related field.
• Professional, energetic demeanor and strong written/oral communication.
• Ability to build relationships with residents, volunteers, board and vendors.
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, promoting and executing a comprehensive community events calendar.
• Organize events such as concerts, dances, health and education programs.
• Present a professional demeanor and build relationships with residents, partners and vendors.
• Coordinate room scheduling and event logistics with staff and maintenance.
• Provide information on catering, entertainment and facility use for boards and meetings.
• Support phones, walk-ins and other administrative duties.
