• Experience working within health and/or adult social care services.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to interpret performance data and drive service improvement.
• Ability to chair meetings and facilitate collaborative discussions.
• Organised, detail oriented, and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key operational link between Portsmouth City Council Adult Social Care, the outsourced Community Equipment Service (CES) provider, and equipment prescribers across health and social care in Portsmouth.
• Provide administration support and coordination of responses to prescriber issues.
• Collaborate with commissioners, health partners, prescribers and service providers to support high-quality equipment provision.
• Support shared priorities with Southampton City Council and help deliver operational objectives.
• Demonstrate governance awareness within commissioned or outsourced services when applicable.
