DownCity Design in the United States is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to work with the Executive Director to support fundraising and community outreach. This full-time, open-ended role will commence in mid-August / early Sept 2026.

The position involves creating visually appealing outreach materials and social media posts, donor database management, tracking and acknowledging gifts, preparing fund development reports, coordinating fundraising events, and assisting with grant writing

Job description

The Community Engagement Coordinator works closely with the Executive Director to support and advance fundraising efforts and community outreach for DownCity Design. The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for creation of visually appealing outreach materials and social media posts; donor database management; tracking, reporting and acknowledging gifts; preparing fund development reports; fundraising event coordination; and assisting with grant writing and reporting. This is a full-time, open-ended position that will commence in mid-August / early Sept 2026.
