Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in community relations, marketing, employee engagement, event management, or public relations.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with community organizations and business groups.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local chambers of commerce, business leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Build and manage partnerships with community organizations, nonprofit groups, and charitable initiatives.
• Plan and execute community events, health fairs, grand openings, and networking opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen RMI's reputation and community presence.
• Represent RMI at community meetings, events, and industry functions.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
• Organize employee events, celebrations, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives.
• Create engaging experiences that promote employee satisfaction, belonging.
• Ensure all employee-facing events reflect the RMI brand.
