You will serve as an ambassador, building partnerships and coordinating community involvement initiatives that align with RMI's mission and values. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator and organizer who thrives on creating connections, managing events, and enhancing both community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in community relations, marketing, employee engagement, event management, or related role.
• Demonstrated experience building partnerships with community organizations, nonprofits, and business groups.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with local chambers of commerce, business leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Plan and execute community events, health fairs, grand openings, networking opportunities, and local partnership activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives with People Operations and organize employee events and celebrations.
• Represent RMI at community meetings, events, and industry functions.
• Track and measure the effectiveness of community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
