Air Comfort Solutions OKC is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to drive local brand presence across Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa. You will lead community outreach, coordinate events, and build relationships with schools, nonprofits, and local partners.

You’ll collaborate with marketing and operations to align strategies, manage volunteer initiatives, and support social media efforts to amplify local campaigns. Evening/weekend events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Overview

Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and locally focused Community Engagement Specialist to serve as the community outreach point person for five residential services brands across Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa. This role will build meaningful relationships with employees, customers, community organizations, and local partners through events, sponsorships, partnerships, volunteer initiatives, and grassroots outreach.

The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, and relationship-driven, with a passion for connecting brands with the communities they serve. Working closely with the marketing and operations teams, this individual will identify opportunities and bring local initiatives to life that increase brand visibility, foster customer and employee engagement, and establish our brands as trusted and active members of their local communities. This position reports to our Community Engagement Manger for the market area.

Brands Supported: Air Comfort Solutions; Hi-Tech Plumbing, Leak Detect & Drains; Alert Plumbing, Leak Detect & Drains; Advantage Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric; and Favco Electric.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Outreach and Events: Serve as the primary liaison between our brands and their local communities to:
  • Build relationships with schools, chambers, nonprofits, community leaders, and other local organizations.
  • Identify, plan, and attend community events that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with customers.
  • Coordinate employee volunteer activities and other opportunities to give back.
• Brand Representation: Establish a visual presence in the community and always represent our brand in a positive and professional manner, embodying our core values and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

• Reporting & Budget Management: Oversee monthly and annual community engagement budgets and evaluate event and customer feedback to measure impact, identify key learnings, and inform future initiatives.
• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies with overall business goals. Strong partnership must also exist between our Social Media Specialist, as this role will help bring local efforts and initiatives to life on social channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience representing a brand or organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Experience with community outreach, events, networking, or relationship building preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge and understanding of the communities served.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events as needed.
• Access to reliable transportation for local travel throughout the Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa metro areas.
