Job summary

Air Comfort Solutions is seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to serve as the local outreach point for five residential brands across Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa. You will build relationships with schools, nonprofits, local partners, customers, and employees to raise brand visibility through events, sponsorships, partnerships, and volunteer initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Experience representing a brand or organization in a positive and professional manner.
• Experience with community outreach, events, networking, or relationship building.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong local knowledge of the communities served.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to attend occasional evening and weekend events.
• Access to reliable transportation for local travel in OKC, Stillwater, and Tulsa.

Job description

We are seeking a passionate and locally focused Community Engagement Specialist to serve as the community outreach point person for five residential services brands across Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa. This role will build meaningful relationships with employees, customers, community organizations, and local partners through events, sponsorships, partnerships, volunteer initiatives, and grassroots outreach.

The ideal candidate is creative, outgoing, and relationship-driven, with a passion for connecting brands with the communities they serve. Working closely with the marketing and operations teams, this individual will identify opportunities and bring local initiatives to life that increase brand visibility, foster customer and employee engagement, and establish our brands as trusted and active members of their local communities. This position reports to our Community Engagement Manger for the market area.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Outreach and Events: Serve as the primary liaison between our brands and their local communities to:

• Build relationships with schools, chambers, nonprofits, community leaders, and other local organizations.
• Identify, plan, and attend community events that increase brand visibility, generate leads, and engage with customers.
• Coordinate employee volunteer activities and other opportunities to give back.

Brand Representation: Establish a visual presence in the community and always represent our brand in a positive and professional manner, embodying our core values and maintaining the highest ethical standards.

Reporting & Budget Management: Oversee monthly and annual community engagement budgets and evaluate event and customer feedback to measure impact, identify key learnings, and inform future initiatives.

Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies with overall business goals. Strong partnership must also exist between our Social Media Specialist, as this role will help bring local efforts and initiatives to life on social channels.

• Access to reliable transportation for local travel throughout the Oklahoma City, Stillwater, and Tulsa metro areas.
