Job summary

Virginia Tech is seeking a programmatic and operational lead for community development and engagement programs, educational outreach, and strategic partnerships. The role strengthens community capacity building, manages college access programs with the College Access Collaborative, and supervises two engagement team staff members.

The successful candidate will also assist with art exhibits and workshops, and help drive experiential education programs.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with non-profits
• Experience building strategic partnerships and managing community development activities, developing marketing materials, and facilitating experiential educational and leadership development programs
