Qualifications

• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card (Arizona DPS).
• Proof of Negative TB Test within required timeframe.
• Current CPR / First Aid Certification.
• HIPAA Training completed prior to or upon hire.
• Ability to comply with ADHS, AHCCCS, and Joint Commission standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients, assist check-in for morning groups and provide a welcoming, professional presence.
• Maintain clean, organized clinic spaces and assist with facility upkeep and routine tasks.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and address barriers or concerns as needed.
• Sort, organize, and maintain the donation closet for accessibility and usability.
• Support program activities and outreach as implemented, including scheduling and coordination.
