The position involves coordinating the Speakers Bureau, supporting social media, producing marketing content, and exploring AI-enabled content creation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university and pursuing a degree.
• Major or coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the ABC11 Speakers Bureau, including talent appearances and community speaking engagements.
• Support social media postings for community-focused and sponsored events to promote station initiatives and partnerships.
• Assist with planning and execution of community engagement initiatives, interviews, partner events, and onsite activations.
• Write, shoot, edit, and produce marketing content while maintaining ABC11 brand consistency across platforms.
• Produce news graphics, maps, and other elements to support daily newscast production.
• Collaborate with marketing on AI workflow and content creation efficiencies.
