The Center for Early Success is seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to expand CES presence by building relationships, coordinating outreach initiatives, and supporting communications. You will manage Connect 360 activities, social media, newsletters, and marketing materials while collaborating with external consultants.

The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with diverse partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, marketing or PR.
• Experience in community outreach, communications or marketing coordination.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and public speaking abilities.
• Can work independently with initiative and good judgment.
• Experience with nonprofit work and social media management.
• Familiarity with CMS, Canva and email platforms is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with community organizations and schools.
• Coordinate outreach initiatives and connect CES programs with partners.
• Manage Connect 360 activities and event logistics.
• Oversee CES social media, content calendars, posts, and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing consultants on campaigns and branding.
• Prepare newsletters, updates, and marketing materials.
• Track outreach outcomes and report to leadership.
