  • Coordinate logistics with local workforce development organizations to support eCommerce and program initiatives.
Communications & Brand Assets
  • Maintain and expand market-specific SMS notification lists to keep shoppers and partners updated on schedules, site changes, and key announcements.

  • Translate complex regional policy shifts (such as SNAP updates) into clear, accessible information for shoppers and community partners.
  • Represent Fresh Truck in external meetings, neighborhood council meetings, community health roundtables, and public events to build trust and alignment with stakeholders.
  • Gather on-the-ground feedback from shoppers and community partners to ensure programming continuously adapts to local needs.
Data Tracking, Analysis & Reporting
  • Maintain the FT+ partnership tracking system, logging engagement metrics by market, partner, and resource category.
  • Collect, compile, and report on monthly activity metrics, survey data, and engagement trends to support grant reporting and inform leadership decision-making.
  • Support overall program evaluation efforts by providing accurate data and narrative reporting for funders and partners.
Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience building authentic trust with diverse community stakeholders and supervising frontline team members, Community Representatives, or interns.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to craft clear, compelling content for SMS, newsletters, and community outreach materials.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-literate and comfortable managing spreadsheets, CRMs/Airtable, and tracking operational metrics.
  • Alignment with Fresh Truck’s mission and commitment to food access, equity, and community-centered work.
  • This is an in-person role based at the Fresh Truck office, with regular site visits to our markets and community partnership meetings across the city.
  • Standard office hours, with occasional evening and weekend hours required for special events, community meetings, or networking functions.
  • Some evenings and weekends are required for meetings or events.
  • Spanish proficiency required; multilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese, Haitian Creole, Cape Verdean Creole, Vietnamese, or Russian a plus.
