Qualifications

• Willingness to learn on the job and work with program directors.
• Self-motivated, organized, and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and engage project participants through outreach and relationship-building.
• Connect landowners to services and resources one-on-one.
• Organize and participate in educational and planning workshops.
• Create action plans; plan and generate turnout for events.
• Train community members in organizing and leadership.
• Conduct research, read scholarly articles, write reports, and produce content.
• Maintain communication with team members, partners, and participants.
• Facilitate contacts with public officials, agencies, researchers.
