Job summary

STACK Infrastructure US is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to support public affairs across its U.S. data center development portfolio.

You will engage with community stakeholders and lead events, while coordinating with site strategy, development, legal, and communications teams. You will build relationships, develop engagement plans, and translate complex project information into accessible materials for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, public policy, political science, urban planning, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in community relations, public affairs, local government, community engagement, land use and development, nonprofit or civic engagement, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage community engagement activities for assigned projects and markets, including open houses, town halls, public meetings, stakeholder briefings, informational sessions, and other community engagement events.
• Represent STACK as a visible, professional point of contact for community members, civic and neighborhood organizations, local officials, and other stakeholders.
• Build and sustain positive working relationships with community stakeholders, civic organizations, local officials, and other key stakeholders.
• Develop market- and project-specific community engagement plans in partnership with Public Affairs leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Research community concerns, stakeholder priorities, local issues, and public sentiment to anticipate questions and inform engagement strategies.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate community feedback and priorities to internal teams for engagement planning.
• Prepare presentations, talking points, FAQs, briefing materials translating complex project info into accessible content.
• Maintain records of stakeholder interactions and follow-up items for reporting.
• Identify emerging issues and establish escalation paths with Public Affairs leadership.
• Collaborate to maintain trackers and reporting tools for engagement and project status.
