Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to support STACK's U.S. data center development portfolio. You will be the public-facing representative, build relationships with community stakeholders, and coordinate engagement activities across multiple markets with cross-functional teams.

You will develop engagement plans, synthesize stakeholder feedback, and communicate insights to project teams, while traveling up to 40% for events and meetings in STACK project markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in community relations, public affairs, local government, community engagement, land use and development, nonprofit or civic engagement, or a related field.
• Experience or interest in data centers, energy, infrastructure, real estate development, or utilities is preferred.
• Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distill complex or technical information into clear materials for community audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage community engagement activities for assigned projects and markets, including open houses, town halls, public meetings, stakeholder briefings, informational sessions, and other community engagement events.
• Represent STACK as a visible, professional point of contact for community members, civic and neighborhood organizations, local officials, and other stakeholders.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with community stakeholders in coordination with Public Affairs leadership and project teams.
• Develop market- and project-specific community engagement plans and manage logistics for engagement milestones.
• Gather, synthesize, and communicate community feedback to inform engagement strategy and project decisions.
