Job summary

Wider Circle is seeking a Part-Time Community Engagement Lead in Indianapolis to drive Connect for Life, building trust and connecting neighbors for better health. You will lead events, both virtual and in person, and guide member engagement through group activities, home visits, and outreach to enroll new participants.

The role requires 3+ years in outreach, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-enabled, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community outreach, teaching, or facilitation.
• Experience building or supporting a 500+ member community.
• Associate’s degree preferred; 5+ years may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Lead Connect For Life events, both virtual and in person.
• Plan and host events, handle venue search and attendance outreach.
• Proactively engage members, including home visits and monthly outreach.
• Identify community leaders and develop Wider Circle Ambassadors.
• Coordinate with health plans and providers to close care gaps.
