Job summary

McCallum Theatre is seeking a Coordinator for Community Engagement & Marketing to support planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising, stewardship, and community events. The role handles invoice processing, vendor coordination, and on-site event support under the Director – Community Engagement & Events.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in event coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and event software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years in event coordination or administrative support, nonprofit/arts background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track, process, and submit event invoices within 30 days after each event.
• Maintain vendor contracts, payments, and expenditures records.
• Support data entry/reporting in Tessitura, Elite, Smartsheet.
• Assist planning and execution of galas, receptions, salons, and other events.
