Job summary

Manhattan Community Board 10 seeks a Program Manager to coordinate communications, digital engagement, and the College Internship & Volunteer Program. This role collaborates with the District Manager, board leadership, committees, City agencies, elected officials, and community partners to advance CB10 initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an organized communicator with strong writing, project management, and digital engagement skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a public-sector

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communications or related field; or equivalent education/experience as described in the minimum qualifications.
Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
Experience in communications, community engagement, program management, or nonprofit administration.

Responsibilities

Coordinate CB10 communications and outreach across meetings, notices, newsletters, and public materials.
Manage CB10's digital engagement including website, email, and social media.
Develop internship and volunteer programs with recruitment through colleges and universities.
Engage residents, schools, and organizations to broaden participation in CB10 activities.
