Qualifications

• Advanced training in public health.
• Experience in research, public health, or related fields.
• Ability to coordinate projects, manage timelines and deliverables.
• Knowledge of research methods, evaluation, and data management.
• Experience with community-based organizations and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with REDCap/Qualtrics or similar platforms preferred.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar PM tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate research, evaluation, and public health projects from planning to completion.
• Track progress, report barriers, risks, and needs to the Research Manager.
• Facilitate communication among staff, partners, researchers, and stakeholders.
• Develop research tools and data collection instruments as skills grow.
• Lead development of surveys, interview guides, recruitment materials, and tools.
• Support community engagement and dissemination activities.
