Job summary

Waystone Health & Human Services is hiring an Employment Specialist to provide on-site training and coaching at community job sites, helping individuals gain skills and retain employment. The role supports community activities, volunteer work, and paid employment aligned with the client’s goals.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, experience with case management, and basic computer skills. Valid driver's license and CPR/First Aid training are preferred with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience in providing training, case management and service delivery to adults with disabilities.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English to follow care plans and document services.
• Basic computer literacy including email, word processing, spreadsheets and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site training and coaching to individuals at community job sites to ensure job retention and skill development.
• Support individuals in community activities, volunteering, and paid employment aligned with their goals.
• Ensure timely transportation to/from job sites and activities, direct transportation or transit assistance.
