Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services preferred and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, own insurance, and independent transportation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to draft and present on business engagement programs, Goodwill’s Mission, and programmatic data across a variety of stakeholders and audiences.
• Provide timely updates to supervisor on development and progress.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify new business relationships and cultivate recurring referral leads.
• Collaborate with employer partners to align services with Goodwill’s mission.
• Develop relationships with community agencies to assist clients with barriers like housing and food insecurity.
• Represent Goodwill at events to promote programs and build employer relationships.
• Use labor market data to adjust services for effectiveness.
• Document new and existing partnerships and track progress for outcomes.
• Coordinate hiring events and manage relationship portfolios.
