Job summary

The Christ Hospital Home Health Care is seeking a Community Educator/Account Executive to inform healthcare professionals about our home health services and to build and maintain accounts in the community. You will attend discharge and multidisciplinary rounds when possible and help patients transition through the care continuum within the health system.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare sales experience, a proven sales track record, and professional presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field or 4 years of healthcare sales experience.
• High degree of creativity and a proven sales track record.
• Ability to create positive impressions and communicate with a variety of people.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, physicians and co-workers.
• Presents self in a highly professional manner.
• Ability to make appropriate judgments and take initiative to meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare professionals about the Company services across physician offices, long-term care facilities, rehabs and hospitals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in surrounding communities.
• Create awareness in the community of the need and benefits of home healthcare services.
• Network and attend business organizations on behalf of the Company.
• Develop and organize educational programs for the community and healthcare workers.
• Maintain existing accounts and educate clients for services.
• Coordinate referral admissions to ease transition with internal staff.
