Job summary

Pipestone Area Schools is seeking a Director Of Community Education to provide leadership, development, implementation and evaluation of Community Education activities, programs and services for the Pipestone area. You will work with educational partners district-wide to serve the community.

The role includes program development, budget management, marketing, reporting, and community relations, with responsibilities for staff supervision and volunteer coordination.

Qualifications

• Has leadership experience in directing community education programs.
• Experience managing budgets and grants for education programs.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate volunteers.
• Establishes and maintains partnerships with community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and administer a comprehensive program of community education.
• Collaborate with district personnel and community partners to develop coordinated programs.
• Administer programs in line with state guidelines and school policies.
